NOVENA TO OUR LADY OF PERPETUAL HELP
In this Novena to Our Lady of Perpetual Help (also known as Our Mother of Perpetual Help) we pay tribute to the Blessed Virgin Mary in asking for her assistance. The picture of the Blessed Mother with her Divine Son has helped her provide strength, comfort and even miracles to the faithful for centuries. The icon depicts the Blessed Virgin Mary wearing a dress of dark red with a blue mantle and veil. On the right hovering over Mother Mary and child Jesus is the Archangel Gabriel carrying the cross and 4 nails. On the left is the Archangel Michael, carrying the lance that pierced Jesus’s side and an urn filled with the gall that the soldiers offered to Jesus during his crucifixion.
